A4A ran several fundraising events in 2012 and 2013 to raise money for the Maasai village of Impiron, near Loitokitok, Kenya. The Maasai village Impiron would like to build a new primary school, and have a well for clean water housed on the same land as the school.
Having the well at the school would allow more girls to attend school who currently have to spend time walking great distances to get water for the village. One of the first steps in the project to build a school and well is to do a land survey, so as to map out the land that would be set aside for public use. Then the construction could begin.

Francis, one of the village leaders, has worked with the land survey crew to complete this step on that project. A4A was proud to raise enough money to help them pay for this land survey.

Thank you to everyone who donated, and that helped the Maasai with this step in their project!!
